Jeanne Tollison is a partner at Walsworth who focuses her practice on employment law and public entity defense. She is a skilled litigator with nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial claims through trial and post-trial motions.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Jeanne defended a wide range of clients, including public entities and Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of matters involving employment, civil rights allegations, personal injury and high-exposure automobile accidents, product liability, and privacy claims. In addition, she frequently advised clients on risk mitigation strategies and developed policies and strategies for investigations of claims and post-review of lawsuits to avoid further liability.
