Cathy Chittenden is an associate at Walsworth who focuses her practice on toxic tort matters. She is experienced in all stages of pre-trial litigation, including developing case strategy, propounding and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, law and motion, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Cathy represented a variety of different corporations, healthcare providers, and public entity clients in medical injury and insurance matters, employment actions, and copyright claims in in federal and state courts.
- Toolbox v. Yammine – Second-chaired a federal trademark case in Arizona District Court involving a dispute between two international firms over domain names and trade secrets in the executive recruiting industry. Obtained a jury verdict of $500,000 in favor of client.
