Partner Laurie Sherwood and Senior Counsel Anne Gritzer will present a continuing education course titled “Let’s Talk About Sex, Baby: Sexual Harassment in the Workplace” at the CPCU 69th Annual All Industry Day on March 9 at The Olympic Club in San Francisco, CA.
This presentation will address the rampant sexual harassment allegations going on today, as well as an overview of state and federal laws governing such misconduct. This seminar will go over how to identify sexual harassment and provide advice on how to handle it in the workplace. Attendees will be presented with case studies to familiarize them with the steps they should take when handling these matters.
