Walsworth Ranked #1 in Law360 Glass Ceiling Report

We are delighted to announce that Walsworth has been awarded the #1 spot for firms with 20-100 attorneys in this year’s Glass Ceiling Report published by Law360. The Report recognizes law firms with the highest representation of women in equity partnerships following a survey of firms nationwide, and for the first time, abroad (if those firms have a U.S. presence of at least 50 attorneys).

The survey reveals that overall, women represent less than 25% of equity partners across all firm sizes, results that are essentially unchanged from last year’s report. In stark contrast, Walsworth increased its ranking from last year by two spots, with 73.7% female representation at the equity partner level.
