Walsworth partner Laurie Sherwood will be participating as a speaker at the NAMWOLF Regional Conference – Trending Employment Law and Diversity Issues for Silicon Valley. Laurie will join a group of presenters to discuss “Joint Employer Liability: The Dangers Arising from Different Standards Existing Under So Many Different Laws.”
This half-day interactive CLE event will include a mock trial, one-hour Elimination of Bias credit and conclude with a cocktail reception. This session will be take place at PayPal’s Headquarters in San Jose, CA on Thursday, August 23.
