Walsworth obtains judgment on behalf of its manufacturer client in a product liability action where the plaintiff sued for personal injuries allegedly sustained as a result of the use of a medical device during a procedure. The Court granted judgment in favor of the manufacturer, finding there was no evidence to show the device contained a defect in manufacturing or design. The Court also found that plaintiff’s failure to warn claims was barred by the learned intermediary doctrine.
