Walsworth Attorneys Secure Final Binding Arbitration Award in an Employment Matter

Walsworth attorney Jennifer Morin secured a final binding arbitration award in an employment matter dismissing plaintiffs’ case in its entirety for failure to prosecute. After false claims by plaintiffs’ counsel that the initial Notice of Claim was properly served, Ms. Morin produced several written requests to counsel for the Notice before plaintiffs filed their late opposition to our client’s motion to dismiss.
