Trigild, a leading national hospitality, asset management, and receivership firm, is hosting their annual lender conference this week in San Diego. Walsworth partner, Anna Greenstin Kudla, will be speaking on a panel addressing Commercial Real Estate Challenges and Opportunities in the Cannabis Industry. Specifically, Anna will be addressing legal challenges with commercial real estate contracts, leases and property insurance.
Anna is the chair of Walsworth’s real estate practice area and has been the lead trial counsel when obtaining jury and arbitration awards totaling in excess of $30 million in cases involving fraudulent investment schemes.
