We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our bad faith and insurance fraud team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in California and capable of managing cases with increasing independence, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances. - Work closely with partners, clients, and support staff to develop case strategy and advance matters efficiently.
- Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Requirements:
- Active admission to the State Bar of California.
- 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation, bad faith, fraud, or related practice areas.
