Sophia (Sophie) Wagener is an associate at Walsworth who focuses her practice on toxic tort and general liability matters. She is experienced in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including case management, taking and defending depositions, propounding discovery, and law and motion work.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Sophie served as second chair for two civil jury trials where she gained firsthand experience in the fast-paced and demanding environment of the courtroom. Sophie also assisted in the defense of a wide range of clients in matters involving professional, products, and premises liability. While in law school, she gained know-how by interning in-house at a healthcare company, at the city attorney’s office, and at the Southern District of California court.
