Gregory Henderson is a partner at Walsworth who focuses his practice on asbestos and general liability matters. He represents clients in a wide range of disputes by developing strategic litigation plans, assessing exposure, and advocating decisively in court. His practice is shaped by efficient case management and practical problem-solving to protect his clients’ legal and business interests.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Gregory served as a Riverside County Deputy Public Defender, where he took more than 100 felony cases to verdict. He handled high-stakes matters from investigation through resolution, served as a Level Four supervising felony trial attorney, and earned recognition as a Felony Deputy Public Defender of the Year for the Southwest Division. In addition, he taught Business Law as an adjunct professor.
