Kimberly Quon focuses her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and environmental litigation. She represents a diverse group of clients, including small businesses, premises owners, contractors, product manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. Kimberly has defended companies in both state and federal courts at various stages of litigation in complex and multiparty actions, including pretrial through trial.
