Ian P. Dillon

Ian Dillon has focused his career primarily on the litigation of toxic tort/environmental matters involving exposure to various materials including asbestos, chemicals, silica, and others with an emphasis on contractor and product liability. His breadth of knowledge has allowed him to obtain numerous favorable settlements and summary judgments. He has successfully defended his clients’ interests at trial in Sacramento, San Francisco, Solano, Alameda, San Mateo, and Los Angeles Superior Courts.

Prior to joining Walsworth, Ian represented a diverse client base ranging from plaintiffs with personal injury and wrongful death claims in dietary supplement and medical malpractice litigation to defendants in libel and trade secret litigation throughout California.

  • Willi Schneider and Sandra Schneider v. Honeywell International, Inc., et al.– Obtained summary judgment in an asbestos case involving a claim of asbestos-related kidney cancer.
