Our toxic tort practice group is seeking an experienced senior level attorney who is licensed and resides in California. The annual base salary for this position starts at $180,000 to $200,000, depending on years of experience (Walsworth is not a lock-step firm, and the actual salary a candidate will receive is dependent on a variety of factors). Now that you have read about all the great reasons to be part of the Walsworth community, here’s what we’re looking for:
- Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California
- 8+ years of experience working on the defense of civil litigation matters, including prior experience handling the defense of toxic tort/product liability cases
- Significant experience managing cases, conducting discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial
- Proficient in taking lead on depositions and working with experts
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Experience supervising and mentoring associates on matters
- Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed
- Trial experience is a plus
