Our employment group is seeking an associate attorney (5+ years) who is licensed and resides in California. Salaries start in the $180,000 to $200,000 range, depending upon experience level, with significant bonus opportunities (Walsworth is not a lock-step firm, and the actual salary a candidate receives is dependent on a variety of factors).   • Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California
  • 5+ years of legal experience, ideally, you have experience handling written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings in labor & employment litigation matters
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in managing cases, conducting discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial, but we are willing to train the right candidates
  • Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed
  • Trial experience is a plus
